Travel to the US

Training and Acculturation support

Upon arrival, nurses won’t be placed directly into hospitals. Instead, you’ll undergo several weeks of simulation-based training to familiarize yourself with U.S. nursing practices and hospital systems.

Along with technical preparation, nurses receive cultural orientation to help ease the transition into a new environment. Lodging is arranged during your training period, and we provide essential follow-up support.

Since training programs vary by hospital and state, we help you understand what to expect and adapt accordingly. Furthermore, nurses are guided through personal milestones where they’ll receive their U.S. bank account, Social Security Number, and driver’s license.

Nurses are provided with:

  • Simulation-based nursing practice
  • Overview of U.S. hospital procedure
  • Cultural orientation programs
  • Lodging during training
  • Guidance on banking, SSN, and driver’s license processes
  • Hospital-specific process orientation

Nurses are provided with:

  • Regular check-ins and support
